Jordan Gate Company to Illuminate “Sixth Towers” in Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign

Jordan Gate Company announced it will light up the “Sixth Towers” in pink from October 10 to October 15, 2024, in support of the national breast cancer awareness campaign.

In a statement, the company said the initiative is part of its corporate social responsibility to raise awareness about the importance of early detection and educate the public on a disease that affects thousands of women each year. The pink lighting of the towers aligns with awareness campaigns led by the Jordan Breast Cancer Program, under the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center, and serves as a show of solidarity with women facing breast cancer.

The towers, a prominent national landmark, will act as a symbol of health support and community awareness during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the company added.

“Our company is committed to supporting community health initiatives,” said General Manager Tareq Abdul Rahman. “Lighting the ‘Sixth Towers’ in pink sends a message of support to all women battling breast cancer, while aiming to enhance awareness about early detection and prevention.”

Abdul Rahman also noted that the “Sixth Towers” represent national unity and reflect values of solidarity and engagement with social issues. He confirmed the company’s ongoing commitment to initiatives that boost health awareness and support the Jordanian community.
