Jordan Gate Company has announced the launch of the pre-sales phase for the first residential tower of its integrated real estate project located in the Sixth Circle area in the heart of Amman.
The announcement coincides with the opening of the company’s official sales center and the completion of a fully furnished mockup apartment.
The pre-launch phase begins in June 2025 and includes off-plan sales for interested buyers and investors. Full-scale marketing campaigns are set to roll out between July and September, targeting both the Jordanian and Gulf markets.
The project is considered a key national initiative aimed at supporting and revitalizing the residential and commercial sectors. It aspires to become an all-in-one destination for living, working, and shopping in a strategic location in central Amman.
The development includes a 43-story northern residential tower, featuring 216 apartments in 11 distinct layouts, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom units, in addition to two luxury penthouse units.
The project also includes a fully integrated commercial center with 72 retail outlets, as well as a variety of service and recreational facilities such as a health club, an outdoor sports court, a panoramic swimming pool on the 11th floor, landscaped gardens, a pedestrian promenade, and parking for 1,764 vehicles.
Regarding construction progress, the company stated that current work includes the installation of electrical and mechanical systems, interior partitioning, and landscaping. The final handover is scheduled for July 2026.
Located in the vibrant Sixth Circle area, the development boasts the tallest residential tower in Amman, offering unique panoramic views and modern architectural design, making it a distinctive part of the city’s contemporary urban fabric.
