In a press statement, Abdul Rahman indicated that the contract for the first package, which involves the maintenance and closure of the project’s external facades, was awarded at the beginning of the year, with completion expected by the end of this year.
Regarding the second package, he stated, “We are currently preparing the tender documents for the finishing and electromechanical works of the residential tower, and we will put them out for pricing by the end of this year.”
Abdul Rahman confirmed the completion of the engineering submissions for material and execution plan approvals, as well as the sorting and reconditioning of materials on-site.

He mentioned that the company has completed selective demolition, cleaning, and debris removal from external areas, rooftops, and all floors of the project. Additionally, the company has installed glass on the upper floors and conducted cleaning and maintenance of the internal and external glass facades of both towers.

These steps also include stonework in various locations and the excavation and reinforcement of the remaining boundary wall works.

He noted that the structural steel framework on top of the southern tower, exceeding 170 tons, is being installed and will be clad with glass facades.

For the northern tower, he confirmed that the steel painting works have been addressed in preparation for repainting and the installation of glass facades.

Abdul Rahman concluded by saying, “We are committed to the timeline and look forward to delivering the Jordan Gate project with the highest standards of quality to our community.”
