Jordan Gate Real Estate, Commercial, and Tourism Investment Company, the developer and owner of the Jordan Gate Project (Sixth Towers), recently announced the commencement of the first package’s implementation, expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year.
The company explained that the contract for the first package, focusing on the external facades of the Jordan Gate Project near the Sixth Circle, was awarded in early December 2022. This marked the resumption of construction activities after more than five years of suspension.
The company stated, “This step is a precursor to a series of actions aimed at fully resuming the project’s implementation, paving the way for the much-anticipated inauguration of the Jordan Gate Project.”
The company emphasized the project’s role in supporting the Jordanian economy and enhancing the concept of real estate investment by fostering mutual trust between the project’s developers and investors.
They underscored their commitment to selecting a qualified Jordanian contracting company classified as first-grade to execute the first package, ensuring the project’s optimal presentation.
Chairman of Jordan Gate Company, Abdulmagni Abdullah Al-Abdulmagni, said, “The company has commenced the project in alignment with King Abdullah II’s economic vision and royal directives to support stalled projects, providing all necessary facilities to stimulate investment, improve the business environment, attract more investments, and achieve comprehensive and sustainable economic development in the Kingdom.”
He affirmed that the project would become a significant landmark for the country and a model success story. The project’s construction will be completed through three packages, with the first package already awarded, and preparations for the second package are ongoing.
Al-Abdulmagni elaborated that the second package includes interior design, interior partitioning, and electromechanical works necessary to convert the northern tower from an office tower, as per the original design, into a residential tower comprising luxurious apartments with distinctive specifications, as well as a mall. The implementation of this package is expected to begin in mid-2023.
