Jordan Gate advances Sixth Towers project in Amman, on track for 2026 delivery

Jordan Gate said it has made significant progress on construction works at its flagship Sixth Towers project in the Jordanian capital Amman, keeping the development on schedule for completion and handover in 2026.

The company said in a statement that advanced works are underway on electrical and mechanical systems, interior fit-outs, and external works covering entrances, main facilities, gardens and open spaces, reinforcing confidence in the project’s timely delivery.

Jordan Gate highlighted marked progress in infrastructure and interior finishes, describing the milestone as a pivotal step in delivering a modern, integrated residential environment that meets the highest quality standards and the expectations of residents and investors.

As part of its commitment to enhancing services, the company has signed a series of strategic partnerships with local and international firms, including Zain Jordan for telecom and digital solutions, Hitachi for elevators, Samsung for air-conditioning systems, and Kepler Electronics for home automation and smart controls. The partnerships are expected to boost the project’s added value and align it with modern living requirements.

In June, the company launched a limited pre-booking campaign for 24 residential units at competitive prices, coinciding with the opening of a sales center and a model apartment. The campaign, which runs until the end of this year, has drawn encouraging initial response from both Jordanian and Gulf buyers.

The project is attracting growing interest from home seekers looking for a gated community in a prime Amman location, as well as from investors targeting strong returns, underscoring its rise as a prominent real estate destination.

General Manager Tarek Abdul Rahman said: “The project is returning with confidence, with increasing interest from Jordanians and expatriates. What we are offering is not just a housing project, but a complete living experience built on thoughtful design and services to meet the highest expectations.” He stressed the importance of strategic partnership and coordination with Greater Amman Municipality to align the development with city infrastructure and long-term plans.

Located near the Sixth Circle, the Sixth Towers project features two 39-storey towers connected by a mixed-use podium with a retail center. The first phase includes 215 apartments, a shopping center with 72 stores, leisure facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, cycling track and gardens, along with 1,764 parking spaces. Future phases will add a hotel and office spaces in the south tower.
