Jordan Gate for Real Estate company took part in the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition held in Riyadh from 17 to 20 November 2025, in what the company described as a strategic milestone aligned with the launch of its new visual identity and the official unveiling of its residential tower, Lucent Residences.
In a press statement, the company said the exhibition gathered prominent international real estate investors, developers, architects, government officials and prop-tech leaders, alongside prospective homebuyers.
Jordan Gate added that its participation forms part of a broader plan to strengthen its regional footprint and attract new customer segments—particularly Jordanians living in Saudi Arabia—highlighting that its pavilion drew notable attention and strong visitor traffic throughout the event.
The company noted growing investor interest in exploring real estate opportunities in Amman, driven by increasing demand for vertical residential developments. Lucent Residences, it said, offers a full suite of modern amenities, including an advanced fitness club, landscaped walking paths, cycling tracks, outdoor sports areas, and a panoramic swimming pool—features designed to deliver a lifestyle that blends luxury, nature, and privacy.
Jordan Gate also stated that infrastructure and interior finishing work at the project are progressing according to schedule, with unit delivery targeted for 2026, calling the development a new step toward excellence and expansion that reinforces the company’s position as a key contributor to Amman’s urban future.
